Amsterdam, Netherlands — October 21, 2025 — Atradius Collections, the accounts receivable arm of the Dutch financial multinational, today announced an update to its Credit-IQ.com software suite. The update, the company’s software development team states, aims to incorporate user feedback and improve the overall user friendliness of the software package for Accounts receivable management services.
Credit-IQ.com has been the company’s latest addition to its software offering. A spokesperson for the company said that other notable software solutions that the company offers to its customers include Atradius Atrium and Collect@Net. Atradius Atrium is an online platform with a focus on credit insurance and policy management. Information on the company’s website indicates that is aimed at the company’s trade credit insurance and surety products. Collect@Net is aimed at Atradius customers, brokerages, independent agents, and account management teams. Meanwhile, Credit-IQ.com appears to have a broader focus. Credit-IQ.com is available to both existing accounts receivable customers as well as to new customers who are looking to use the software in and of itself, the spokesperson said.
Accounts receivable management services
The initial launch of Credit-IQ.com marked a shift in a market that had up to that point been dominated by software as a service (SaaS) and fintech companies including Invoiced, Chaser and Versapay. The fact that a major multinational in the area of accounts receivable management services decided to launch such a product several market experts said reflected an effort to help clients reduce the cost of managing accounts receivable expenditure, while also offering time efficiency wins. Ultimately this would benefit Atradius as well, as it would retain customers.
According to a brochure that was released at the time the product was launched, the positioning of Credit-IQ.com appears to have been to help SME entrepreneurs achieve efficiency gains with regard to their accounts receivable management services. The rationale behind it, a freelance marketing analyst who has worked with Atradius Collections but who spoke on conditions of anonymity, is that human labor is expensive to many entrepreneurs. Repetitive tasks such as monitoring payments and sending out invoice reminders can be carried out a lot more efficiently by software than when humans do it manually.
Companies like Invoiced, Chaser and Versapay have demonstrated, especially in high income countries, like those of North America, Western Europe, Oceania and Japan and South Korea, that efficiency gains can be achieved. Atradius Collections looks to offer a better value proposition to its existing clientele and new customers. Credit-IQ.com appears to have sought to target small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) within these high-income countries. In this sense, the positioning of Credit-IQ.com appears to differ from that of a few of its previously mentioned competitors.
With its flat rates, Credit-IQ.com appears to target a different segment than competitors such as HighRadius, Gaviti and Onguard. These competitors do not publicly state the price of their product on their website. In addition, an orientation of the competing products by means of speaking to them over the phone revealed that there are other competitors with progressive pricing schemes. These companies have various indications by which they determine the price they charge clients. According to Atradius Collections, the company’s models are targeted at SMEs looking for accessible and scalable automation tools aiming to keep costs manageable.
A spokesperson with Atradius Collections confirms the prices that are found on the company’s website will remain the same for the updated version of the software. The latest release of Credit-IQ.com is available at different price points, with the lowest plan starting at $29 per month for use with an unlimited number of users. This makes for a flat rate, the spokesperson stresses, as the number of users of the software do not imply that there are added costs.

He continues to state that Credit-IQ.com offers a few additional features. Most notable among them, the spokesperson says, are the real time dashboards and the ability to integrate with existing ERP or accounting software. It thereby offers many features that most of the competing products also offer, although the number of ERP or accounting packages that are supported are higher than those of a few competing accounts receivable software products. Indeed, an analysis by an independent analyst indicates that there are a few competing products, such as Quadient AR and Invoiced, that offer more features.
One of the ways in which Credit-IQ.com competes with these products, the analyst indicated, is by focusing on commonly, widely used functionality rather than on extensive customization options. The development costs involved with developing a software package with extensive features is much higher than the costs of developing a product with merely the most demanded features, the analyst continued. Atradius Collections appears to have sought to set its software product apart from competing products by offering this leaner feature set at a lower price point. Corroborating this perspective, the freelance marketing analyst who works with the company and who spoke on conditions of anonymity, explained that the rationale behind this is likely that many of the features that Quadient AR and Invoiced offer are not needed for the company’s customers.
An analysis of the company’s websites indicates that there are other factors that set Credit IQ apart from other competing products. One of them is that there are competitors such as Hiver that lean heavily on other platforms, such as Google’s Gmail platform or Microsoft’s Outlook alternative. Instead, Credit-IQ.com centralizes its automation of accounts receivable management services into one software platform. The software encompasses customizable workflows that automatically send out follow-ups and final demand letters.
Atradius Collections is based in the Amsterdam, Netherlands, which due to its location, being surrounded by countries where other languages are spoken, is highly international in nature. Indeed, the municipality mentions on its websites that almost all of the nationalities in the world reside in the city. And the fact that the country has some of the highest GDPs per capita combined with the widespread command of the English language makes that the city attracts many foreigners. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the city boasts various European headquarters of globally operating company and that it has attracted various other subsidiaries of foreign companies. Conversely, many Dutch companies have sprouted up, starting out as mere startups or scaleups and growing into large international companies. And this is a trend that has a long history, with companies such as Heineken, Philips Electronics, ING, Unilever and Shell having their roots in the country. This is also reflected in Atradius’ presence in over 50 countries.
With the recently released upgrade, the international nature of the company is now reflected in the multilingual nature of the software as well. Clients can send out payment reminders in a total of eight languages in the latest version of the software. In this regard, it is quite different from several mostly U.S.-based software companies that have released similar products. Many of these software products only support English or only English and Spanish.

Accounts receivable management services
As a result of Credit-IQ.com being a product that was released by Atradius Collections, rather than a fintech or Saas company, it has a different value proposition to its customers. Credit-IQ.com offers an integrated service offering with Atradius Collections’ own professional debt recovery team. In the case when the software does not manage to get invoices to be paid, Credit-IQ.com enables entrepenreurs to combine accounts receivable automation with human accounts receivable management services with its collections processionals in offices the world over.
A software developer who worked with Atradius Collections to help develop-Credit IQ, who spoke to us on the condition of anonymity told us: “With Credit-IQ.com the goal of Atradius Collections has been to transform our customers’ accounts receivable management services from a manual, time-consuming process into a data-driven experience.” He added to it that Atradius as a company has been around for more than a century, and that in his experience said a lot about the company. He added to that in his experience ”what sets Credit-IQ.com apart from other accounts receivable automation solutions is that it combines accounts receivable management services with the thing that Atradius Collections is known for: human accounts receivable management services. The software helps centalize this into a one debt recovery software platform.”
The analyst we spoke to continued to point out that Credit-IQ.com was built to integrate with accounting, bookkeeping and ERP systems without there being a need to develop customized software popular. These accounting, bookkeeping and ERP platforms include, among others, popular products such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage One, and Microsoft Dynamics. This, the analyst stressed, enabled businesses to plug the softwar

Documents on Atradiuscollections.com reveal that Atradius Collections has been dedicating its efforts to a further expansion of its accounts receivable management services into both existing markets and also potentially into new markets around the world. Credit-IQ.com fits into this strategy, as it delivers an innovative, scalable solution for SMEs and other types of businesses. The software was designed to help reduce the time required for accounts receivable management services and to help minimize manual labor costs.
